I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I have ADHD and anxiety and sometimes I need to work myself up to be able to respond to comments. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops. I share your work on the monthly Roost Recommendations posts at ornerybookemporium.blogspot.com so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
Sorry, the Captcha is back and this time it's staying. I was inundated with spam comments when I turned it off. I wish butt rash on all the spammers out there.

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for visiting! This story is the latest in a series, and he ended up in the reindeer stall towards the end of the previous book, courtesy of a nefarious wizard.
DeleteI wonder what preparations he makes for entering the realm of mortals.
ReplyDeleteIn truth, he kind of just goes for it!
DeleteThis paints a vivid picture. Hope the humans aren't too horrible!
ReplyDeleteThe ones he's about to encounter aren't really human anymore, they're vampires. Bit of a mixed bag there too as far as intent to feast on the blood of tasty elves.
DeleteAn intriguing snippet!
ReplyDeleteThank you. :-)
DeleteGood snippet. That last line, I suspect would be painfully true.
ReplyDeleteHappy 2019! :-)
Yes indeed. I think it would go rather like the Plato's Stepchildren episode from the original Star Trek series.
