“Well, my boy, sometimes when you ask for the rest, you are lucky enough to get the best. However, the Enchanters of Lwiqsyz are a testy and judgmental lot, and I fear they would tear you limb from limb figuratively if not literally. Ah, you, Witch Queen, you are a powerful sorceress with regal bearing! Would you consider attending the wedding of Master Necromancer Uhlrix Goodfellow to Master Soulbinder Tackfellow Nekron with me?”
“I beg your pardon, your Infernal Worship, but the only thing I desire at this moment is a fainting couch!” Leah replied. “I fell through a wormhole and was very nearly shot into space!”
“I can go with you, Lord Lucifer,” Lleu insisted. “I clean up nicely, so I’m told.”

“I’m Ipatiy,” the cyborg introduced herself. “This is Csilla. Please, let us help your friend.”

“I…my given name is Ipatiy, but I go by Rhodie,” Rhodie explained, wondering if she had struck her head and was imagining the whole bizarre situation.

“Please don’t be afraid,” Ipatiy soothed, gently touching Rhodie’s arm. “I assume that I must have been cloned using your DNA. I mean you no harm. I want to help you. Bring your friend and follow us.”

The gigantic Irejna scooped Samantha up in her arms and cradled her against her breast.

Notes:
When the volcano which Base Lust-69 was situated in erupted at the end of Paraji's Prisoners, our heroes and heroines found themselves drawn through wormholes to various other locations in space and time. Norman and Sarah are in one location on a strange earthlike planet. Climax Castle's Mistress Samantha Zuniga (a Gamma Iridian), her bodyguard Ipatiy "Rhodie" Rhodes (a 100-year-old vampire), the Gargoyles Irejna and Elsza, the Gamma Iridian test subject Bella, and the human technician Francie are in another location on the same planet.
Rhodie is shocked to meet her Cyborg doppelganger Ipatiy, Bella is erotically enamored with Ipatiy's cyborg companion Csilla, and Irejna is extremely concerned about Samantha, who is very weak and fading in and out of consciousness.

Check out Paraji's Prisoners, the sizzling erotic sci-fi extravaganza from Naughty Netherworld Press.

  1. That must be quite a shock, having yourself asking you if you need help!

    1. I think Ipatiy was much nicer to Rhodie than I would have been to my own doppelganger. I'd probably have asked mine if she'd managed to entirely screw up her life too.

  2. Outstanding snippet. I almost jumped in to help.

  3. Why is it when they say "Don't be afraid," part of me screams, "Be very afraid!" Hoping this isn't the case for poor Rhoadie (who is surprising not weirded out by her cyborg self.)

    1. Rhodie is a 100-year-old vampire who hangs around with aliens and elementals. Very little surprises her!
I agree that whenever anyone says "don't be afraid" or "I've got this," I recall my late father's admonition:
      "famous last words!"

  4. Fascinating world-building, and the premise is intriguing! And I totally agree with Nancy about the part that screams, "Be very afraid!" :-)

    1. Indeed! Rhodie is a 100-year-old vampire who hangs around with aliens, so not much surprises her, but this did.

  5. What strange development to see yourself staring back, but it has me curious to know more.
