I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I have ADHD and anxiety and sometimes I need to work myself up to be able to respond to comments. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops. I share your work on the monthly Roost Recommendations posts at ornerybookemporium.blogspot.com so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
Sorry, the Captcha is back and this time it's staying. I was inundated with spam comments when I turned it off. I wish butt rash on all the spammers out there.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Veronica. I appreciate your comment!
DeleteI wonder what will happen in the Dream House? Enjoyed the excerpt!
ReplyDeleteMy guess would be something from the kind of dreams that one doesn't enjoy but which make for interesting storytelling!
DeleteInteresting snippet. I like that last sentence. It kind of says everything.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Iris. Ketil is not a very trusting person by nature. He sees something in Yitzy which causes him to go against his nature.
DeleteSounds like there is an adventure waiting for them once they head through the corridor. I'm curious to know more.
ReplyDeleteThere is indeed. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteGood job showing his decisiveness and determination to protect them.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Diane. I'm glad that came across!
DeleteI get the feeling The Dream House is going to be worse than he expects. As for trusting each other... I don't see that plan is going to work well for them.
ReplyDeleteOne can only read on and find out! But yes, the Dream House is, shall we say, not very dreamy.
