Peregrine's Peril is FREE from June 9 to June 13 #MFRWAuthor #MFRWHooks #MFRWSteam #RainbowSnippets #SnipSun #8Sunday

Genre:
M/M erotica, sci-fi

Length:
3000 words (approximate)

Mature Content Advisory:
This post contains no explicit erotic content. The book that it is excerpted from contains explicit descriptions of erotic activity between consenting adults and is intended for mature readers only.

Blurb:
After escaping from the clutches of submissive mad scientist General Darden Uffe Bissette and his dangerously seductive amphibious pleasure clone Finn Storm, renegade military officer Colonel Zaccheus Ionescu and runaway roughneck Iker Macauley brought their captivated comrades to the mysterious monks at Temple Bratuns.
Ohannes was swiftly swayed from his obsession with Finn by the tender touch of the handsome young Brother Vishal Mohammad Beumers. Peregrine Varga, however, remains deeply in Finn’s thrall. Can the monks work their lusty magic on the mesmerized roughneck, or is Iker fated to lose his best friend with benefits to the merman’s infectious kiss?

Short Snippet:

As the sedative wore off, Peregrine Varga’s mind was filled with the insatiable need to find Finn Storm, the amphibious mutant pleasure clone designed by the unscrupulous General Darden Uffe Bissette. The serum in Finn’s saliva had Peregrine mesmerized. He was fighting to regain control of his thoughts but was unable to escape the memory of Finn’s salty kiss and the bliss of floating beneath the waves with the beautiful merman.

“Finn!” Peregrine moaned, straining against his restraints. “You can’t keep me here! I must return to him! I order you to release me at once!”

Notes

Regular readers on this hellsite are saying, "just what are you trying to pull, Cie? You've already shared this bit!"

Yes, but this time I'm sharing the entire first chapter for those interested in reading more because Cloned Heat VI is LIVE on Amazon! As if that wasn't enough reason to call in sick to work and break out your best bum wine, the story is FREE from June 9 through June 13!

Yes, I know, Naughty Netherworld Press books are always free from Kindle Unlimited, but this way you have a chance to own a savory, spicy slice of great man-to-man action spliced together by an at least somewhat coherent story. What could be cooler (or hotter) if that sort of thing really is your bag, Baby?

Buy links follow the rest of the snippet.

Now I need to start working on Cloned Heat VII so I can get back on track after Amazon busted my groove back in April. I'm still salty about that.

Extended Snippet

A stout, swarthy, muscular middle-aged monk passed his hand over Peregrine’s eyes and the agitated roughneck relaxed momentarily.

“The brethren of Bratuns generally do not hold our visitors against their will, Senhor, but you are not in command of your own mind. Your obsession with the sea satyr is causing you to work against your best interests. We can free you from this enchantment, but you must agree to our assistance.”

“Are you mad, you fool?” Peregrine demanded. “Never would I wish to be free of Finn’s spell. If ever you tasted the briny sweetness of his delicious mouth, you would gladly become his slaves.”

“Oh, for fuck’s sake, Perry, you sound like a freshclone infatuated with his controller or a rich-bitch exec swooning over his favorite pleasure slave,” Iker scolded. “Before you go handing control of your life over to that alkaline abomination, why don’t you let these first-class friars massage your body and mind and see if they can’t alleviate his allure? Come on, Buddy, if not for yourself, then do it for me. You can’t give in without a fight.”

“Ike, you’re naked,” Peregrine observed.

“You bet your sweet ass I am. I was about to get some good sexual healing at the hands of Brother Imre here when I was rudely interrupted by your fawning over Finn. C’mon, Perry, put yourself in the capable hands of the monks. Say that you’ll at least give it a try.”

“All right, Ike, I’ll do it for you,” Peregrine agreed, smiling sedately.

Peregrine wanted to comply with his friend’s request, but the moment that the monks freed him from his restraints he attempted to bolt. It took the combined efforts of six strong brothers to restrain him and lead him to a grotto beneath the monastery.

“He will require our most powerful efforts to free him from this curse,” the high priest declared. “Fortunately, or unfortunately, we have no previous experience combating the compelling powers of a sea satyr. We believed their kind to be extinct, so we only studied them briefly as a curiosity.”

“They may have been extinct, but General Bissette went and lifted the lid on the Pandora’s box of history,” Iker observed. “Since I’m unlikely to be getting laid, I may as well get dressed.”

  11. Must've been a heckuva merkiss. I'm a mix of intrigued and horrified by what exactly those monks might have to do to break the spell.

I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I have ADHD and anxiety and sometimes I need to work myself up to be able to respond to comments. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops. I share your work on the monthly Roost Recommendations posts at ornerybookemporium.blogspot.com so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
Sorry, the Captcha is back and this time it's staying. I was inundated with spam comments when I turned it off. I wish butt rash on all the spammers out there.
