Happy Sunday and all that. I've mostly been concentrating on poetry this week. We're about to start the first big poetry challenge of the year, and I'm still formatting my fall collection from last year. My dreams are filled with stress, and last night that stress took the form of Kanye West. He didn't do anything except hang around being Kanye West, but his uninvited presence told me that he was a manifestation of stress.

Anyway, for those who are interested, visit me at:

The third link is my friend Russell's blog. I publish a poem there most Sundays. Russell has other poetry-related features that some of you may be interested in.

I'm planning to edit my newest Tales from the Dreamlands novel, "The Wizard's Key"  for this year's Camp NaNoWriMo. I may try to fit the A to Z challenge in, but it kind of feels like a bit much. I have a lot of material for The Yadira Chronicles series but am not sure just where to start with it. I have to slap out April's Cloned Heat number. Did I mention the overdue poetry compilation?

I need more subscribers for this thing. Everyone says "you gotta have a newsletter." But if nobody even reads my newsletter, isn't it kind of a waste of time to have a newsletter?

I feel like I'm chasing myself around in circles while Kanye West watches judgmentally from the sidelines.

I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I have ADHD and anxiety and sometimes I need to work myself up to be able to respond to comments. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops. I share your work on the monthly Roost Recommendations posts at ornerybookemporium.blogspot.com so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
Sorry, the Captcha is back and this time it's staying. I was inundated with spam comments when I turned it off. I wish butt rash on all the spammers out there.
