The Quest for the Wizard's Key is the second book in a series of New Cthulhu Mythos tales. This fix-up novel features a fascinating cast of outcasts joining in a quest to save the Cosmos from destruction by malevolent forces. Join them on their madcap journey.
Are you tired of the same old formulaic romance dance?
Are you sick of slap-dash slashers and predictable plot rehashers?
Are you at the end of your rope with sparkly vampires and sexy werewolves?
Have you had it up to here with silly space operas where the otherworldly setting is just a veneer for the randy crew to make out with aliens?
Is it time to drop the buddy cops and stop watching the detectives for a while?
My friend, let the New Weird Tales refresh you!
You’ve tried the rest, now it’s time for the best. Welcome to an adventure like no other!

“Ghouls are a varied lot. The
sorcerers that take themselves too seriously bore me. Send our guests in,
Rffnss! They will provide a diversion from our battle with Nodens and Nira.
Nyarlathotep is my brother’s sworn enemy. With his peers, there is honor among
thieves. Trustworthy he is not for those who fawn at his feet, claws, or
tentacles. Nyarlathotep inspired the epithet ‘whom gods destroy they first make mad’.”
Notes
This fix-up novel follows the events that transpired in Ketil and Yitzy’s Adventures in the Xura Dream House. The book can be read as a standalone, but for a better understanding of the characters and events, it is suggested that Ketil and Yitzy’s Adventure in the Xura Dream House should be read first. It is a fun, fast-paced buddy story. Grab your copy here!

Once you have read Ketil and Yitzy’s Adventure, you will be In the Know so you can be In with the In Crowd! Then you can join us at the Kewl Eldritch Horrors table.
I am currently doing final edits and managing the book's details on Amazon. A pre-order link should be available soon.
Hop On!
I enjoyed the pithy comments on Nayarlathotep's situational definitions of loyalty or honor. Well put!
ReplyDeleteSounds like they'll be tough to please. :-)
