“I’m sorry, Dad. What were you saying?’
“I said we ought to meet with the football coaches. Let ‘em know a little bit about you before practice starts. Give you a leg up on the other froshers.”
“Maybe we ought to put my stuff in the dorm first. I’d like to meet my roommate in person.”
“Your roommate will be here all semester.”
