My dudes and dudettes, this is me.
I have taken on more than a touch too much like, you know, always.
I thought I could handle doing multiple blog hops in a week, but I simply can't.
I'm grinding my teeth, I can't sleep, I hardly take time to eat. I'm never "off," and I need to get "off."
That doesn't mean what it sounds like it means, but I never pass up a chance for double entendre.
Anyway, for those who care, the following is the new blog hop schedule for the foreseeable future.
I will participate in Rainbow Snippets on the first Saturday of each month. This is a group for LGBT authors and readers and/or stories with LGBT characters. They prefer snippets of around 8 sentences.
I'll hit the ground running (or, you know, plodding while supporting my broken-down bod on my walker) with the MFRW Trifecta on the second Tuesday/Wednesday each month. MFRW Steam falls on the second Tuesday and coincides with MFRW Retweet Day on the second Wednesday. These groups tend to prefer longer excerpts, so this will be my opportunity to share the first chapter of the newest Cloned Heat book.
The third Sunday of each month will be Snippet Sunday. This group tends to like excerpts of around 8-10 sentences.
The fourth Sunday of the month will be for Weekend Writing Warriors. This group also prefers snippets 8-10 sentences long.
Hopefully, this tactic will allow me to take a little better care of myself, which is something that I'm not very good at doing and never have been very good at doing. My stress levels are through the roof and nothing is very much fun, so something's gotta give.

I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I have ADHD and anxiety and sometimes I need to work myself up to be able to respond to comments. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops. I share your work on the monthly Roost Recommendations posts at ornerybookemporium.blogspot.com so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
Sorry, the Captcha is back and this time it's staying. I was inundated with spam comments when I turned it off. I wish butt rash on all the spammers out there.
