I debated whether or not I wanted to share this part of the story. However, I feel it establishes the level of trust and (so far) clinical intimacy that exists between Mac and Jalil. This story does not contain scenes involving an enema kink. Similar to Mac, I find the process of receiving an enema embarrassing but capable of delivering therapeutic benefit. Further, by demystifying and removing the taboo from the less sexy aspects of erotic activity, I hope to encourage safe and hygienic practices for those who enjoy anal sex. 

Snippet

It may sound crazy, but I was hoping having my back passage cleared out might help me overcome the final hurdles preventing me from getting back on the playing field. After the team’s yoga session, I told Jalil I was interested in trying a therapeutic enema but felt nervous about it. He alleviated my fears about abdominal cramps, which he said happened with a harsh solution or when air was inadvertently introduced. He also said it was unlikely that a healthy person without incontinence issues would have any problem holding in the solution.

I felt foolish, kneeling on a mat with my back arched and my head between my shoulders in Sasangasana, also known as the rabbit pose, while my trainer slid a lubricated nozzle into my anus and slowly ran a lukewarm saline solution infused with fenugreek extract into my rear cavity. I breathed slowly and regularly, reminding myself to relax. I reminded myself that Jalil wanted the best for me.

After spending several minutes in child’s pose, I went to the toilet to relieve myself. When I returned to the therapy room, I climbed on the massage table. As Jalil kneaded my shoulders, he asked how I felt.

“Strangely refreshed,” I said. “Who knew getting your butt washed out could give you a new lease on life?”

Jalil laughed, and I relaxed under his familiar and comforting touch. It was all perfectly clinical but friendly at the same time, until I had THE DREAM.

I woke up on the table. At least I thought I was awake. That’s how real what happened next felt.
