First things first. I finally wrote a new post on the Good Stuff from Grover blog all about why I love cooking with the Oster Roaster Oven and Instant Pot. You can check it out here.
My cat Tara's surgery went well. She looks like a Skeksis right now because they had to shave the fur off her face to remove the tumors. I wish she'd lie near my right arm rather than Bogarting the pillows that I use to support my bad left arm, but cats will be cats. I'll be talking about Tara in more detail next week.
I still struggle with visiting everyone's blogs on the hops. I've had an idea so my tweets might be more effective. I often find people in my Twitter feed requesting book suggestions. Reader's Roost has been a bit dormant with me working on multiple projects and I'd like to remedy that. I was thinking that rather than individual tweets I'd compile a post with blurbs and links to everyone's snippets. That way people looking for new authors can find them more easily.
I guess that's about it for right now. I'm still working to get December Mood (my third poetry volume) edited and formatted by the end of May, I need to get Cloned Heat VI finished so I can upload it in time for the MFRW Steam Hop and MFRW Author Retweet Day. As always, I'm writing new chapters from my big project.
I've seen a big increase in visitors to the Naughty Netherworld Press blog, but nobody's buying anything. I try not to think about it, but it's a bit discouraging.
I honestly don't think I'm a bad writer even if I'm an acquired taste that most people don't acquire. I think I'm crap at marketing and promotion. I really wish I had the money to pay someone else to do it.
That's all for now. Peace!
